写真クラブの集まりを待つMayaとEthan。会の前に見せる写真を選ぶ短い会話から、写真に残る位置情報と、共有範囲を自分で確かめる習慣へ話を広げます。

英文を見ないで聞く
対話とQuestionを聞き、Mayaが会の前にすることを1〜4から選びましょう。
対話と質問は最初は表示しません。選択肢の英文を確認し、音声を聞いて答えます。日本語訳は答え合わせ後に表示されます。
英文を見る答え合わせ前は開かなくてもOK

Can a photo store where it was taken?
写真に撮影場所を保存できるの？
Yes. A camera or phone can save coordinates as part of the photo's metadata.
うん。カメラやスマホは、写真のメタデータの一部として座標を保存できるよ。
So someone might learn the place even if there is no sign in the picture.
じゃあ写真に看板が写っていなくても、場所が分かるかもしれないんだね。
They might. It also depends on the app and your sharing settings.

I want to show the view, not the exact trailhead.
景色は見せたいけど、登山口の正確な場所までは見せたくないな。
Then turn off location sharing or remove the location before you share it.
それなら、共有する前に位置情報の共有を切るか、位置情報を削除するといいよ。
I'll keep the original in my private album and share a copy without the location.
元の写真は非公開アルバムに残して、位置情報のないコピーを共有するね。
Good idea. Share the memory, but only the information you intend to share.
