with + 名詞で、人や物が持つ特徴を後ろから説明できます。the same name は「同じ名前」です。例: I found two folders with the same name.（同じ名前のフォルダーを2つ見つけました。）

今朝私が送ったほう
one は、すでに話題に出た同じ種類の物を繰り返さずに表します。I sent this morning が one を後ろから説明しています。例: Please use the one I sent yesterday.（昨日送ったほうを使ってください。）
from now on
これからは
今この時点から先の習慣やルールを表すまとまりです。文末にも文頭にも置けます。例: I'll check the date from now on.（これからは日付を確認します。）
