might は「かもしれない」、have to は「しなければならない」。予定変更や少し困った状況をやわらかく言えます。
have to + 動詞
〜しなければならない
have to の後ろは動詞の原形です。We have to leave now. なら「今出なければならない」。
may not + 動詞
〜しないかもしれない / 〜できないかもしれない
may not catch it は「それに間に合わないかもしれない」。未来の不確かさを表します。

catch は「捕まえる」だけでなく、電車やバスに「間に合う」という意味でよく使います。
