学校のプリンターが動かないため、理科のレポートをオンラインで提出する方法を先生に確認します。短い対話と質問を聞き、4つの選択肢から次にすることを選びます。

英文を見ないで聞く
音声を聞いて、Kenがするべきことを選びましょう。
対話と質問は最初は表示しません。選択肢の英文を確認し、音声を聞いて答えます。日本語訳は答え合わせ後に表示されます。

One is called final report, and the other is final report new.
一方は「final report」、もう一方は「final report new」という名前ですね。
I forgot which one includes the chart photos.
どちらにグラフの写真を入れたのか忘れました。
Check the file sizes. The photos should make the correct file larger.
ファイルサイズを確認してください。写真が入った正しいファイルのほうが大きいはずです。
The larger one is named definitely final.
大きいほうには「definitely final」という名前が付いています。
That name gives me almost no confidence.
その名前では、ほとんど安心できませんね。
I can open both files before the deadline.
締め切り前に両方のファイルを開いて確認できます。
Good. Delete the wrong one and rename the correct one clearly.

〜も含めたほうがいいですか
Should I ...? は「〜したほうがよいですか」と助言や確認を求める形です。too を付けると「それも」という意味になります。
before the deadline
締め切り前に
before は「〜より前に」、deadline は「締め切り」です。提出・予約・仕事の期限を表す基本チャンクです。
