Not always. The choice depends on the relationship and situation.

〜する前に
before + 主語 + 動詞で「〜する前に」です。本文例: before I get too important（僕が偉くなりすぎる前に）。独立例: Call me before you leave the station.（駅を出る前に電話してください。）
